The origins of REL date back to the mid-1950s when the company specialised in domestic refrigeration. Since then the company has gathered core competencies and extensive experience in Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations.

In response to customer demand, the company has developed beyond its historical areas of expertise and has added a number of divisions to address the specific needs of customers who require ‘bundles’ of the differing services and expertise offered by the company.

Acquired by current shareholders in 2012, REL has expanded their divisions to include Dispense System Solutions, Asset Management, and Mechanical Services and Renewables.
